Jim grew up in Birmingham, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. He went to college at Kent State University on a swimming scholarship, where he met and married Dorothy, his wife of 47 years. Jim and Dorothy have two sons, Robert and Gregory. Rob is a financial advisor with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and lives in Palm Coast with his wife and two daughters. Greg is a Retired US Naval aviator and lives with his wife and daughter in Germany.
Retiring from the pharmaceutical management business in Western Pennsylvania, Jim and Dorothy moved to Florida in 1994. Jim entered real state in Florida in 1994 and has been active since then as a broker and resort manager. Jim has traveled widely in Europe and the Far East promoting Florida properties in general and specifically the excellent real estate values that currently exist in Palm Coast.
Jim specializes in locating deeply discounted properties, many of which are either oceanfront, have ocean views, are located on a golf course, or have access to the intra-coastal waterway. When Jim isn’t selling real estate he is either on the golf course, fishing the intra-coastal waterway or nearby lakes, or watching his grandkids play soccer.
